Research
Our research services provide your organization with a way to greatly expand capacity without placing a strain on your resources. Since many grant makers require an evaluation of your organization’s programming, our research services can help you to convey your organization’s impact effectively and honestly through quantitative and qualitative research. Additionally, we can help your organization’s internal staff learn how to more effectively collect, analyze, interpret, and communicate the findings from your data. We currently are able to use and provide services and training on: Stata, SPSS, LISREL, HLM, MPlus, R, G Power, NVivo8, and TAMS Analyzer.
Additionally, all of our staff have participated in the Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative training program. This is the standard for human subjects research training for colleges, universities, and governmental agencies throughout the US and are used to train staff in minimizing risk to research participants and the protection of individual privacy.
Quantitative Research
Overview
Our quantitative research services can be used to assist your organization in the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data analysis or to provide your staff with additional training and support conducting these tasks internally.
Program Evaluation
Our program evaluation services can help your organization better understand the impact that you have. Our knowledge, experience, and training in program evaluation methods can help your organization during all phases of the evaluation process. We can also provide your organization with geocoding, and geodatabase development, services that can show your organization’s impact in the context of the larger community.
Research and Analysis
Quantitative data analysis can help your organization convey your organization’s work and impact effectively to many audiences. Our services can include anything from simple data summaries and graphics to geographical information systems analysis and geocoding to causal modeling of your data. Depending on the software available to your organization, we may also be able to provide customized scripts and programs that can assist in automating future data analysis.
Data Product Development
Data packets provide organizational leaders and staff with comprehensive and condensed data on the organization’s performance and current standing. These reports can be used to improve instructional practice, help staff to use data more effectively in their work, and track strategic goals of the organization.
Qualitative Research

Interviews
Our interview services can be used to help your organization convey a richer description of your program impacts and value through the story of an individual, or individuals. We will work with you and your staff to develop an interview protocol, understand the collection and analysis process, and provide you with support interpreting the data. Our collection services can include a full transcription of the recorded interview, a summary of findings, or a combination of the two.
Focus Groups
Our focus group services can be used in a similar fashion to interview services and provide a more varied perspective on stakeholder experiences. We will work with your staff to assist in the planning, development of the focus group protocol, focus group facilitation, data analysis, and interpretation. Our collection services can include a full transcription of the recorded interview, a summary of findings, or a combination of the two.
Survey Tool Development
Our survey tool development services are designed to help provide your organization with a way of quickly, efficiently, and effectively collecting data for internal and external purposes. We will help you design the layout, collection method, and most importantly the survey items with you and your staff to meet your individual needs.
Reports
Overview
Our reporting services are designed to be responsive to the unique request from a variety of organizations. Our access to research databases and our personal library can provide your organization with a variety of resources that can be used to improve instruction and grants writing/reporting activities in your organization.
Best Practices
Best practice reports can provide your staff with a condensed report that illustrates findings relevant to your organization’s activities in an easy to interpret format. If you’re considering changing some of your instructional, management, or policy practices these reports can provide you with an overview of the strategies that have proven to be the most successful for addressing your needs. These reports can cover a wide variety of topics and our staff will work diligently with your organization to provide you with the most relevant resources available.
Literature Reviews and Annotated Bibliographies
Annotated bibliographies provide a comprehensive summary of research on a topic relevant to your needs. In addition to providing a summary of the materials, we also provide you with a critical assessment of the quality of that research based on an analysis of their methodology. If your organization needs to write a proposal, file a report with a grant funder, or publish a white paper an annotated bibliography can greatly lessen the work load to complete these tasks.
Grant Reporting
Our grant reporting services are aimed at providing your organization with all of the required information needed by your funders. We are able to provide the research resources that your organization needs to provide the background, references, and story that explains your activities and impact in the clearest and most accurate way.
Stakeholder Reports
Our stakeholder reports help you explain what your organization does, its impact, and who it serves to the community at large. By using effective visual displays and minimizing statistical jargon, we can help you convey your message to a diverse body of stakeholders more effectively. In addition, we can also provide Spanish language translation services for these reports.
