About Company: Our History

Performing Arts & Creative Education Solutions (PACES) Consulting was started in 2011 by William Robert Buchanan, Ph.D. The organization was formed to support and build the capacity of Arts and Music education organizations that support children in low-income and urban communities. The founder was inspired to create this organization as a way to scale-up the generosity he had received from his grandfather, William Robert Pace (1933-2009). We do this by providing educational organizations with low- or no-cost evaluation, research, and professional development services that they otherwise could not access.
